At our salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following policy: • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will not incur any charge. • No call / no show appointments will result in 50% of the total service cost being charged to the card on file. • Clients who fail to show for an appointment without notice will be unable to rebook services for a period of six (6) months. This policy is in place to respect our time, protect our schedule, and maintain the quality of service we provide to all guests. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize any applicable charges.
